Gavin’s career is defined by a strong track record of managing large-scale financial operations and driving efficiency. Prior to entering wealth management, he served as an Assistant Vice President and Market Support Specialist, where he oversaw the operational lifecycle of over $100 million in different loan facilities. His background also includes significant experience in venture capital, audit, and project management, where he developed a keen eye for evaluating investment targets, identifying operational risks, and implementing process optimizations that consistently reduced error rates and saved costs. This unique perspective allows him to approach wealth management with a rigorous, data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of market mechanics.
A Carolina native, Gavin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with a focus on Exercise & Sports Studies from Greensboro College. He is currently advancing his technical expertise by pursuing a Master of Science in Finance & Analytics at Queen’s University of Charlotte, with an expected graduation in May 2026.
