Abyssinia is a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager who boosts efficiency and rapport by mentoring, creating materials, and improving processes. She received her Doctorate in Organizational Psychology and a Masters in Leadership Coaching from Capella University. For 12 years, she leveraged her background in Occupational Safety and Health (at U of Cincinnati) as a Complex New Business Specialist for Constellation Insurance. There, she furthered her expertise in data analysis and project management by training her team on their existing relationships and in their new business initiatives. At New South Wealth, she’s focused on helping agents with client outreach, the underwriting process, licensing, and other professional standards. Abyssinia is adept at troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, increasing her team’s engagement and satisfaction, and supporting each employee’s career development.
Outside of business hours, Abyssinia enjoys volunteering at the local schools, hiking, archery, poetry, and expanding her knowledge of other languages. Married for 9 years, she spends most evenings cheering on her son at soccer and jiu-jitsu classes.
